Valentine’s Day Gift Guide: For Her

Now that we’re in February, I’m ready to start talking about Valentine’s Day. In my mind, the entire first half of the month is reserved for this holiday. No matter your thoughts about the day, whether you’re single or attached, it’s always nice to show your love for others. Since a lot of us have different women to shop for: moms, grandmas, sisters, friends, I rounded up 8 great gift ideas. All of them are perfectly on point for the holiday and under $100.
KENDRA SCOTT Poppy Heart Pendant
Jewelry is always one of my favorite gifts, regardless of the occasion. When it comes to heart jewelry, sometimes it can get a little kitschy and not great for year round use. That’s how this heart pendant necklace from Kendra Scott is different. The pendant comes in three different neutral colors to make for a great accessory no matter the season.
ANTHROPOLOGIE Capri Iridescent Jar Candle
A little candle in a great scent always makes for a quick and easy gift. This candle from Capri Blue, available at Anthropologie, is one of my favorites! It’s the same great scent that has made Capri Blue extremely popular, all contained in a beautiful pink, iridescent container. After the candle is through, it will make a great catchall.
JO MALONE Red Rose Perfume
Instead of giving a bouquet of red roses, that won’t last long, how about a bottle of red rose perfume? Jo Malone makes some of the most opulent perfume you can find. This particular fragrance is made of red roses, a honeycomb base, and a top note of lemon. That sounds like a heavenly combination.
MAGGIE LOUISE CONFECTIONS Lipstick Chocolates
There’s nothing wrong with a standard box of Russell Stovers chocolate, but why not go above and beyond? For the makeup loving gal in your life, this box of lipstick chocolates will most certainly be memorable. Maggie Louise Confections is creative chocolates at its finest. With dozens of different motifs to choose from, this is an easy (but extremely personal) gift idea.
UGG Bliss Fleece Throw Blanket
Since we’re still in the months of winter, staying cozy and warm is a premium. I’ve always been a huge fan of UGG boots. After all, even in Florida, we can still have cold winter mornings. Take that warmth and comfort, present it in a blanket, and you have an amazing gift. This would be perfect for the girl who’d rather have a quiet night at home, than a wild night out.
J. CREW Vintage Short-Sleeve Pajama Set
With Valentine’s Day shopping, I see so many options for racy lingerie sets. I’m sure there are plenty of women you’d love to receive that, but I would much rather have a coordinating pajama set. I love this particular set from J. Crew. With its bright pink color and contrasting red piping, it’s the perfect combination for the romantic holiday.
DEBORAH LIPPMANN Make Me Blush Nail Polish Set
My love for nail polish has no limit, especially when they have fun names. I’ll admit, when I’m at the nail salon, I often pick my polish based solely on the color. Deborah Lippmann is one of the top names in the nail polish game and this set of pink nail polish will certainly make your valentine blush. Since they are gel, they will also have the benefit of long lasting color too!
BAUBLE BAR Double Heart Beaded Drop Earrings
This final Valentine’s Day gift idea is just too sweet to pass up. I always love a good statement earring and Bauble Bar is one of the best destinations. While sometimes they can get a little over-the-top, these white beaded hearts are surprisingly subtle. I’ve had similar earrings in the past and I can attest that they are very lightweight and easy to wear.
Valentine’s Day is just under two weeks away. Now is the best time to find that perfect gift for a special someone. Even if it’s the smallest token, showing love is always appreciated and always in style.
Love from Florida,
Katie
