Just before I sat down to write this blog post about updates from my third trimester, huge life changes started to come my way…

Long story short, our Baby Girl Kennedy is here and we are absolutely in love! It has been just a week since we brought our bundle of joy home. Let me tell you that every single cliche you’ve heard is true. Having her in my life is an indescribable feeling that I’ve never come close to before. I don’t want to speak for him, but I’m nearly certain that David feels the same way. He has been an absolutely incredible support during this time and our relationship somehow feels stronger than ever.

While the baby and I were both doing well, complications suddenly arrived during pregnancy that warranted our little girl to come three weeks early. I hadn’t planned on sharing one, but I learned so much since arriving at the hospital that I think a blog post about my experiences might be warranted. Be on the lookout for a formal introduction to our latest addition, as well as a look into my birth story. I don’t want to inundate you with endless baby content, but I’m looking forward to sharing some wisdom I have picked up along the way.

Soon, we will be back to our regular scheduled programming of classic style and travel. This time, there’s the added bonus of having a little one in tow.
