Gift Guide: Hanukkah
Turtleneck || Pants || Heels || Beanie || Similar Handbag || Earrings || Bracelet
I want to start this blog post off with a quick disclaimer. I’m Catholic, but have still attended my share of Bar Mitzvahs and Hanukkah soirees. Holiday gift guides always seem to be greatly stilted towards Christmas, but I want to make sure that my Jewish readers have a little something to identify with. The first night of Hanukkah is still two weeks. That’s plenty of time to get ready for the Festival of Lights with a quick gift guide.
DYLAN’S CANDY Dreidel Chocolate Box
The dreidel is a game that needs no introduction. I’m ready for anything where the stakes are chocolate. These dreidel boxes from Dylan’s Candy are already loaded with milk chocolate gelt and dark chocolate stars to begin the celebration in the sweetest way possible.
KATE SPADE Oak Street Menorah
Menorahs come in every style and color imaginable. Especially since moving to New York, I’ve seen some absolutely stunning displays. This gold menorah from Kate Spade is a classic style with a modern twist.
VINEYARD VINES Hanukkah Pocket T-Shirt
I love that Vineyard Vines has gotten more and more inclusive with their t-shirt designs. This tee is perfect for the kid in your life. If you know a grown-up who’s still loves a fun graphic tee, they have a men’s version too.
TENTH & PINE My First Hanukkah Organic Cotton Bodysuit
If you have a friend with a recent addition to the family, how sweet is this little bodysuit from Tenth & Pine? The organic cotton is both eco-friendly and as soft as can be. This would make for such a thoughtful gift.
FUN SOCKS Dreidel Socks
I am tortious for buying David novelty socks. Even though I don’t wear them for myself, I get such satisfaction in adding a new pair to his rotation. He can look all business for work, with just a pinch of quirky. These dreidel socks will give off the same message too.
CUFFLINKS, INC. Star of David Cuff Links
Am I the only one that thinks cuff links will be making a major comeback? This pair is extremely subtle and in a striking silver that will go with everything in a man’s wardrobe.
WILDFOX Sommers Everyday Get Lit Cotton Sweatshirt
Wildfox seriously has the best sweatshirts! Although they are little bit of a splurge, they are the softest materials and have fun little sayings. The oversized fit would be great for a lazy day at home or will even work for a holiday party in a pinch.
BRACHA Star of David Stud Earrings
If I celebrated Hanukkah, these earrings would be on the top of my list! Dainty and sweet, they can be worn everyday, even after the Hanukkah season is through. At under $50, they would make for a great stocking suffer.
Every year, I think this is one of my favorite gift guides to share! It helps me think about the holidays in a different light. When shopping for your friends this season, be sure to remember that not every celebrates the same holidays as you and that’s okay!
Love from NYC,
Katie
