Safari Print and the Concrete Jungle
Dress || Wedges || Crossbody Bag || Earrings
Just take a look at this cute safari print! As soon as I laid my eyes on this printed dress from Old Navy, I knew it had to get into my closet. After a summer of florals and brights, it’s so refreshing to find a new kind of print to shake up the wardrobe. Giraffes, and leopards, and zebras, oh my! This safari print and the concrete jungle just go hand-in-hand.
Even better about this dress is the fact that it’s going to transition so nicely into fall. I’m wearing these with black espadrille wedges now, but a quick swap for brown riding boots would be just perfect. On a particularly chilly day, a crisp white button-down layered underneath would look so effortless.
This particular dress is a stretchy, ponte-knit material that Old Navy has pretty much mastered. I have quite a few of these dresses in my closet. They are perfect for work, but can also be dressed down for a more casual look. If you love the print, but are not sold on the dress, there are still plenty of options for you. A jumpsuit, linen shift dress, and cami are all available. In a more safari appropriate, khaki color, you can also grab a button-front cami and linen midi-dress. There are also a few options for men, girls, and boys. If you have your eyes set on a coordinated family photo, this may be your best bet!
If you are looking for a unique and fun print to add to your wardrobe, this is the one for you! I wouldn’t be surprised if I start wearing it weekly now, but can’t wait to bring into my fall wardrobe too. Which piece are going to snag up?
